This 5 bedroom villa is set up to provide everything you need, making it ideal for unforgettable vacation memories. It is situated on a quiet hill of Peyia, 700m from the center of Peyia and all its amenities, 5km away from the popular Coral Bay Beach and tourist area. The villa is surrounded by garden areas all around. The ground floor has a guest bathroom and very big open area, composed of 2 living room spaces, 1 dinning area, a large lobby area in the center and a large fully equipped kitchen. The pool area outside is surrounded by sunbed loungers and umbrellas, with a jacuzzi on the side, positioned perfectly to make the most of the amazing sea view. Past the pool is a BBQ area with a bar, table and chairs to make BBQing as fun as it can get! Upstairs you will access the 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own little balcony, and a very large balcony with a large lounge sitting seat, connecting the other 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, 3 bedrooms have a double bed each and 1 bedroom is a playroom with 2 large armchairs that turn into a single bed each.2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is 1 more common bathroom. We make sure that you will have everything you need for the perfect vacations. All areas are air-conditioned with brand new AC units. Each bedroom has its own large smart tv. Wifi is accessible from all areas. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a washing machine and a dryer. ***Important Notice: - Jacuzzi is charged extra from November 1st until April 30th, cost is 25e per night and you will have to notify us in advance if you want to use it. - Pool can be heated, maximum temperature will depend on the weather, contact us for more information - Central Heating is not included in the price and if needed will be charged extra.
