Our fully renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom modern Villa will offer you unforgettable holiday memories. The villa sleeps 8 and is set up with all the amenities you will need.
The view from the private pool area and all verandas is stunning! There are sitting areas in all the nice view spots for you to make the most of it, while enjoying your BBQs, drinks etc.
The Villa is located in Peyia, close to the famous Coral Bay, and not far from the Kato Paphos tourist area.
All spaces of our Villa are fully renovated and newly furnished. You will enjoy spacious and spot clean areas all-over.
The neighborhood is very quiet, allowing to enjoy the privacy of guests while offering complete relaxation.

This 5 bedroom villa is set up to provide everything you need, making it ideal for unforgettable vacation memories. It is situated on a quiet hill of Peyia, 700m from the center of Peyia and all its amenities, 5km away from the popular Coral Bay Beach and tourist area. The villa is surrounded by garden areas all around. The ground floor has a guest bathroom and very big open area, composed of 2 living room spaces, 1 dinning area, a large lobby area in the center and a large fully equipped kitchen. The pool area outside is surrounded by sunbed loungers and umbrellas, with a jacuzzi on the side, positioned perfectly to make the most of the amazing sea view. Past the pool is a BBQ area with a bar, table and chairs to make BBQing as fun as it can get! Upstairs you will access the 5 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own little balcony, and a very large balcony with a large lounge sitting seat, connecting the other 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, 3 bedrooms have a double bed each and 1 bedroom is a playroom with 2 large armchairs that turn into a single bed each.2 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is 1 more common bathroom. We make sure that you will have everything you need for the perfect vacations. All areas are air-conditioned with brand new AC units. Each bedroom has its own large smart tv. Wifi is accessible from all areas.
