The villa is just a few steps away from the sea ( less than 5 minutes walk) from one direction, and the popular Aphrodite's WaterPark (less than 5 minutes walk) in the opposite direction.
The villa has a beautiful private pool with plenty of sunbeds and an outdoor dinning set to enjoy the perfect holidays!
Entering the main door, you find yourself between the living space and the dinning area, with the staircase to the bedrooms upstairs in front of you. To the left, past the dinning area, is the way to a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the kitchen.
The staircase going up leads to a kitchenette, with the 2 en-suite bedrooms to your right (1 bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds). On the left of the kitchenette is a door that leads to the balcony, which you are going to fall in love with, as it is the best place to enjoy your drinks at night, looking at the beautiful sea-views and sunsets.
All the bedrooms are airconditioned, as well as the living room and the kitchen.
Wifi signal is strong throughout the entire villa and outdoors around the pool.
The villa is part of a big complex of villas with a car rental shop right around the corner. The villas are all well kept and the neighborhood provides the feeling of a luxury location which accommodates high class guests. There are options for those who wish to go to the beach (Rikkos Beach - 10 min walk), (Cabana Beach - 20 min walk) and the waterpark is also within 5 minutes walk, giving you plenty of options.
There is also some watersports very close by, a Tennis court, and a kids Luna Park, all within few minuets walk.
