Welcome to our sun-drenched townhouse in central Paphos! This spacious gem boasts a communal pool sharded only between 3 apartments, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. With ample room and a modern ambiance, unwind in comfort after exploring nearby sites like the Paphos Port Area or Tombs of the Kings. Enjoy a short stroll to cafes and shops or head to the nearby beach for a blissful day. Your ideal sunny retreat awaits!
As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the living room, followed by the dinning area and then the kitchen. There is a door at the kitchen that leads to a private patio that faces the communal pool. The pool is sharded with another 2 properties. On the ground floor, there is also a half bathroom next to the stairs that leads to the 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One is with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have also their own private balcony.
The entire space is fully airconditioned with good wifi signal.
