This beautiful sea-view apartment is a true gem, located right at the heart of the peaceful village of Peyia, 5-minute drive from the famous Coral Bay beach.
Just a few hundred meters from the town's taverns, bars, gym, flower shop, and other amenities, this cozy flat includes all amenities one would ask for to ensure a proper vacation.
The pool is surrounded by a well kept garden and is equipped with sun-beds.
For the ones arriving with a car, a reserved parking space is included.
Once you’ll enter the Andrea Gardens complex, you’ll already start feeling the great, quite vibes of this luxurious part of the village of Peyia.
When entering the apartment, you’ll instantly notice the sunlight entering through the balcony door, from where you can see the swimming pool, the sea and the beautiful gardens of the complex.
The living room is the largest part of the apartment, allowing its guests to host friends and family. The warm colours and comfortable furniture of this space create a very welcoming feeling.
Right across the living room, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen. A low bar separates the kitchen from the living room, to separate the two spaces while keeping them open and connected.
Just a few steps from the kitchen, you will find a bright bedroom with a large wardrobe and night lamps from both sides of a double bed, situated in the middle of the room. The window of the room faces north, which allows the sunlight to enter the room during morning hours. A spacious bathroom is situated right next to the bedroom.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, about 15-20-minute stroll (1 Km) from the centre of town where you'll find all the amenities you need. Peyia is a beautiful village nestled in the hills of western Cyprus, surrounded by stunning landscapes and boasting a rich history and culture. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our neighbourhood is a safe and friendly area, with a mix of locals and expats. You'll find beautiful villas and houses dotted around, and the streets are lined with colourful flowers and trees. As you take a leisurely walk towards the centre of Peyia, you'll pass by charming cafes, restaurants, and shops. You can grab a cup of coffee and a pastry, or indulge in some traditional Cypriot cuisine. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies in the area, making it easy to stock up on essentials. For those who love the outdoors, our apartment is located close to some of the most breath-taking natural landscapes in the region.
