This serene apartment is part of a cozy complex in the Tombs of the Kings area, a 10-15 min. comfortable stroll from Venus beach and the many other sun-lovers options along the coastline.
Aside from sightseeing at the Tombs of the Kings themselves, there are the many pubs and restaurants to be explored within immediate reach.
A mere 12 min. on foot in the other direction is the old town and market area with its multitude of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Of course, all these places can easily be reached by car as well, with the flat offering its allocated covered parking stall.
Upon entering the open-plan apartment, you walk into the entrance area and fully equipped half-island kitchen (including a dishwasher!), then on to the spacious dining area. To the left, the generous living room opens up to the south-facing views and private, covered balcony overlooking the pool and perfectly groomed gardens.
Past the dining area, you will pass a separating sliding door to the hallway, leading to the bedroom and bathroom area. The master bedroom onto the right features a double bed and its own separate private balcony and the guest bedroom to the left comes with two single beds and a work desk.
The bathroom is located off the hallway between the two bedrooms.
The entire place is carefully designed and furnished to accommodate perfect holidays, whether one seeks chilled-out relaxation at the pool and the beach or the buzzing entertainment nearby.
All areas are fully airconditioned with brand new AC units. Internet is fast with strong signal throughout.

The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Kato Paphos (tourist area). Please be informed that it is possible to hear the music from the bars nearby in the evenings. Our apartments are fully renovated and located in the heart of the tourist area of Kato Paphos. It is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach front and next to many restaurants and shops, allowing you to enjoy your holidays to the maximum. There is a main building door which opens with a code. Once inside, you may drop off your luggage if you arrive earlier than the check-in time. Once upstairs, you will find a free to use washing machine that is available for the tenants of all 3 apartments. Please be respectful to the other guests when using it by not leaving your clothes in the washing machine for long after it has finished. This apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a very spacious and beautifully designed living room and kitchen area combined together. A comfortable sofa bed is also provided in the living room that sleeps 2 more guests. Then each apartment has its own private entrance with everything you will need for your vacations in Paphos! Each apartment has its own private balcony. Beaches, popular cafes and restaurants street, popular bar street, the mall, the harbor, main bus station, archaeological sites and more.. all within walking distance :) - There is a 24/7 kiosk within 1 minutes walk. - A laundry service shop is located within 5 minutes walk. - There is a supermarket with bakery in it within a 5 minutes walk. - Several cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops right next to the apartment. - The Kings Avenue Mall is within about 10 minutes walk. - Many beaches nearby 5-15 minutes walk. In case you hire a car, there is a free parking on the premises with 1 reserved parking spot for you. There is a bus station very close to the apartment (right outside the big church Agioi Anargyroi) There are taxis all around Kato Paphos, especially at the harbor area. Unfortunately, Uber type services have not started yet in Cyprus. Regarding your arrival: We can arrange a pick-up and a drop-off service to and from the Paphos airport for an extra charge, cheaper than regular taxi. The price depends on the number of guests and the time of day. Please contact us to find out more. Alternatively you can get bus 612 from the airport to the harbor terminal and walk to the apartment. It is less than 10 minutes walk. The apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Kato Paphos (tourist area). We would love to share with you our holiday apartment in Paphos. We choose this place for its location, so that it's peaceful and quiet, yet not far from the tourist Harbor of Kato Paphos. We renovated it with attention especially to comfort and style, to be fully modern and to provide all the amenities you would expect for short or longer stays, including new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. As you enter the apartment, you see the dining room in front of you and living room further in. The kitchen is to your right, and past it is the bathroom and then the bedroom. The living room exits to a balcony area with a covered pergola and beautiful bamboo lounge furniture for a very relaxing time with a very green pool view, which is also seen by the bedroom window. The apartment is located in the Universal area of Paphos, very close to the Paphos Harbor tourist area. It is a large tourist-friendly complex with beautiful communal pools.
